How to get reports and alarms from the web interface of the PROFINET-INspektor®

1. To start, once you access the PROFINET-INspektor® web interface, this is what you will see:

2. To download the alerts, click on “Alerts”. Then, click on "Download as ZIP". This will download a ZIP file with all the alerts to your PC:

3. In the case of reports, click on "Analysis", and then, "Create a Report". This will create a report in PDF format:

Both, the zip file with the alerts, as well as the report in PDF format, can be sent to us by email to help you understand what problems you have in a network. To forward to our support team, simply attach the relevant zip files and/or PDF's to an email and send it to support@indusolamerica.com for us to review.
