Products, not including software products, may be returned for credit within thirty (30) days of shipment as long as the product has not been used and the original packaging is intact and has not been altered. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the credit amount depending on the product involved. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.
All Returns Must Be Authorized and an RMA Issued.
RMA’s may be requested from our Returns Department via e-mail addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org or through our Customer Support Team @ (678) 880-6910. Products that are returned without an appropriate RMA number will not be accepted and returned to the sender at sender’s expense.
Software downloads/products may not be returned.
Orders for product that are deemed as non-cancelable or non-returnable by the manufacturer shall be invoiced at the 100% of the order value at the time of order entry. Actual cancellation changes will be determined by the manufacturer based on the costs incurred in labor and materials in fulfillment of the order.

Special Instructions / Order Notes
Any order placed via indusolamerica.com that contains "special instructions" or "order notes" may be delayed and may not ship the same day. Those orders must be reviewed by an InduSol America sales person before the order can be processed.
The shipping cost on any order will be determined at the time of shipment.
All shipments are F.O.B shipping point. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and in most cases the order will ship the same day, if the order is received before the daily cut-off time (for selected carriers). Shipping method, in most cases, is the customer's choice. Any disputed shipping charges billed to a customer account or consignee billing will be charged to the customer by InduSol America.
Common Freight Carriers - DHL, Federal Express, UPS, U.S. Postal Service. Shipping via other freight carriers must be coordinated with your InduSol America sales representative.
UPS Next Day Early AM - should be delivered around 8:30 AM.
UPS Next Day - should be delivered around 10:30 AM or the end of the next business day, depending on location.
Delivery times are estimates only and InduSol America shall not be liable for delays.
All items, excluding Drop Ship Only items, are stocked and shipped from InduSol America’s headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of the days on which the following holidays are observed: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
All orders paid by credit card or are being invoice are shipped when available. If any item must be back ordered, the order will ship when available and the final amount will be charged to the credit card or billed by invoice.
