Due to the "invisible" aging of industrial systems and networks, we recommend checking the quality of the data communication in industrial networks immediately after commissioning and at regular intervals on your own using our diagnostic tools or using our specialists.

Industrial Network Diagnostics & Analysis

Our portfolio covers the complete range of diagnostic measures for determining physical and logical quality parameters. This includes checks of the network infrastructure (line and wiring tests) and the analysis of telegram traffic and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). All of this ultimately serves the purpose of permanent network monitoring with the aim of warning of failure in the sense of condition-based maintenance. We are your partner for the entire life cycle of the system - from network planning to dismantling and commissioning to troubleshooting. Change management is also part of our daily business: We support you in change processes such as new installations, revisions, and, of course, when switching from PROFIBUS to PROFINET. As a certified PI Competence Center (PICC), we have established ourselves as a contact for developers and users in all areas of both technologies.

Planning & Training

Already in the planning phase? It is important to set the course for a long-term stable network. In our philosophy, this includes not only the preparation of documentation and delivery specifications but also the supervision of the installation up to the measurement, acceptance, certification, and commissioning of the new plant.
