The EtherNet/IP Troubleshooting Toolkit combines three complementary tools to give controls and maintenance engineers full visibility into EtherNet/IP network performance, from passive monitoring and topology mapping to centralized multi-network management. Each component works independently, and when used together, they cover the full lifecycle of EtherNet/IP diagnostics.

EtherNet/IP-INspektor® NT
A passive data collector that analyzes telegram traffic in EtherNet/IP networks in real time without disrupting production. Install it permanently between the controller and the first IO device or switch, this position captures the majority of network communication traffic and gives PROscan® and PROmanage® the most actionable data for ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
Monitors and detects:
- Telegram gaps, jitter, update times, and net load
- Device failures, error frames, and telegram repetitions
